Customer Satisfaction Survey

Following the success of our 2017 customer satisfaction survey, we are sending this out to you once again.  We gained a real insight from the results and took on board your feedback which has helped to improve and change areas of our business.  We have increased our communication channels and improved our ‘report a fault’ system.  We would very much appreciate it if you would take 5 minutes to complete this survey and share your feedback with us.

Company Performance

Performance is key at Rynew and with improving our customer experience high on our agenda we will be sharing some key performance indicators (KPI’s) regarding where were performing as a business against our set targets for 2018. We are focusing on service delivery and customer service.

Annual Thank You Party

Over the last 12 months you support has been invaluable. We have had some great times, and some challenging moments but we have managed to rise to each occasion and grow our business. We are thrilled that you have been with us on this journey.

Our annual awards are something we are very proud of and it is a challenging task to pick the winners due to the commitment, enthusiasm and hard-work of you all. However, there must be a winner and this year we were delighted to reward the following:

Ed Ellis - Partner of the Year

Ed Ellis has been an invaluable partner to Rynew over the years and has been instrumental in helping our clients tackle complicated building defects. Ed single handedly helped a client save £25 million by getting the builder back to site to carry out the works. A well-deserved award.

ACTest - Contractor of the Year

Louis and AC test continually receive outstanding feedback from our clients, not only for the incredible work and service they provide but how genuinely pleasant and helpful they are. Louis is one of the nicest men I have met, and is our pleasure to present him with this award, for his dedication, hard work and commitment to servicing our clients.

Rainbow Quay - Client of the Year

Our clients are the life blood of our business and help us deliver a better services by pushing us to do better.  Simon Forster who is the Chairmen of Rainbow Quay, is instrumental in helping us manage this site. His dedication to help his fellow leaseholders by managing the many issues that arise deserve s high recognition. We thoroughly enjoy working with our clients, and this partnership has been a pleasure Thank you, Simon and Rainbow Quay.

Amy Rowe - Employee of the Year

This is always hard, as we value all our staff and the tremendous effort they put in to make Rynew work. But this year without a doubt this accolade goes to Amy.  She has been at the heart of all the good that we do as a business despite some challenging times, but this has not altered the delivery and commitment shown by Amy, and I know her colleagues value and appreciate all that she has does, for them in the support she provides.  As a result of Amy’s contribution in 2017 we have promoted her to Property Manager, and I am sure you will be hearing and seeing more of Amy in 2018. Thank you for all of your hard work!
