Welcome to our May Newsletter. Finally, we are starting to enjoy some lovely weather as the summer months are fast approaching, we take some time to reflect on the year so far and look forward to the coming months.
To better support and serve our customers, partners, suppliers and contractors, as well as complying with European Union’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we’ve made these updates to provide greater transparency around how we collect and use your data.
The key points are:
- We collect your data, such as name, email address, tenant names, tenant email, and details regarding transactions and bank details mostly related to your tenancy agreement and to send you our email newsletter and any emails which may affect you and your property.
- We will never share your information without your explicit permission.
- We honour your right to privacy and will comply should you wish to have your data removed from our systems.
We are delighted to announce that Rynew Services have been shortlisted as finalists for Medium Managing Agent of the Year 2018. This is a fantastic honour and great recognition for our dedicated team who have worked incredibly hard this year. We are looking forward to celebrating with all the other deserving finalists in July.
Performance is key at Rynew and with improving our customer experience high on our agenda we will be sharing some key performance indicators (KPI’s) regarding where were performing as a business against our set targets for 2018. We are focusing on service delivery and customer service.

Laura Haslin Marketing Manager – It’s been a busy month preparing for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and our award entry to ARMA Ace Awards – but outcomes matter in business and this year a panel of 10 judges reviewed our award submission and the effort put in by Laura is recognition of our shortlisting as ARMA Ace Finalists for the second year running!
